Landlord not collecting rent property may go under redevelopment

want to pagdi rent in court Staying in mumbai from 25 to 30 yrs we have all document (Light Bills,Phone Bills,Passport,Aadhar Card) we had paid rent upto yrs 2008 to landlord. now there is case between our landlord & Trustess for Redevlopment So they are not collecting Rent from Yrs 2008 so what i can do
If your landlord is not collecting rent then you are required to deposit the rent in the bank account of your landlord and keep the receipts of the payments or you can deposit the rent in the court to avoid any future disputes.
