Please file a execution petition in a court. Then court will help you in all the aspects according to the judgement. Court has power to issue warrant or attachment of proper for non-presence in court.

Hi. It appears that you have a decree from a court of law. If the decree has not been taken up in appeal, you can file an execution proceeding before a competent court. You can also institute contempt proceedings.

You can approach the court which gave judgment and inform them about the landlord not abiding by the court's order leaving you helpless in such situation. Court itself will take appropriate action against defaulting landlord and will make him do as required.
