Landlord is demanding advance and harassing

LANDLORD IS NOT TAKING KEY BACK AND DEMANDING ADVANCE . I ISSUED HIM 3 CHEQUES AND HE CASHED 1 BY FRAUD AND FOR ANOTHER I SAID INFORM ME WHEN YOU CASH IT SO I CAN MANAGE BUT HE DID NOT DO SO AND IT BOUNCED . FOR THE SAME IAM HAVING VOICE RECORDING.
Dear sir, your query is not clear. you gave your landlord advance for what? and why do you want to return the keys, if you want to vacate the place you need to ask the refund/ advance back from him. you are unclear in this query kindly share more details about it.
