Landlord hasn't paid house loans, what the rights of tenants

14-Apr-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
What should tenants do when bank authorities esquire about the owner and give notice to seize the house because the owner is not repaying the bank loan? Tenants rented the house on heavy deposit with monthly society maintenance.

I think, you need not worry. If you are a legally inducted tenant since before your landlord created charge on leased property in favour of bank, you will continue to be tenant of person who may become the owner of leased property, in case it is auctioned by the bank.
