Landlord harassing us to vacate the house

My house owner started constructing 2nd floor in the month of Decemeber, We stay in 1st floor along with months baby and 4 years boy. He requested us to adjust for few days until the construction done, Now it is in completion mode and we bared full air and noise pollution from last 5 months. Now suddenly house owner and his family started harassing us to vacant the room immediately and lying that informed to 2 months ago. But the truth is informed on 22 april 2016. We applied for government house in the month Feb 2016 ending. Please guide what can I do.
here in your matter you can file a civil suit for injunction. where by the court will give order against landlord that not to disposes the tenent illegally .here you can be safe with court order and he needs to file an eviction suit to get you vacated
