I am a Tenant of a ( Pagdhi System) and the building is some 40 years old , builder( Landlord) has development plans to he has Beefed up Structuarl report with BMC and got issued 354 notice and we are forced to Vacate the premise withouth any Legal papers to temporary Shifting. Also been Threatened.

You need to approach the Small Causes Court, Bombay, if the building you are referring to is in Mumbai. You need to challenge the 354 notice before the Bombay High Court/City Civil Court based on the valuation of the property. You need to file a police complaint to your nearest police station for threats.
