Landlord creating problems and trying to cause discomfort

Having a couple of problems from landlord, after paying rent on time always still landlord create problems like I am running my institute so he override the institution name written in building since approx 2 years without any reason or he does not run the lift 7 days a week however it is written in my rent deed and many more basic issues...
