landlord appealed in HC want to now our chances of wining the case

I am from Rampur HP. My family has been living in a rented house for last 50 years. We have shop and two room accommodation. It is two storey wooden building. Our land lord want to evict us from building. he never spent money for building maintenance. After 2000 he filed a case in session court but he lost. In distt. court we too won. Now case is heard in HP High Court, Shimla. The final order of case will be come soon. Please tell me possible consensus of case in future, the case is registered under URBAN RENT COTROL ACT, 1987. And my case number is CR 35/2006.

Your case is listed on 25-02-2016 for final hearing. You did not mention on which ground your landlord seek eviction from you. Mostly, the Hon'ble Higher Court did not interfere the concurrent decisions of the both of the Courts, but the fate of the each case depends upon the facts of the case. you are advised to communicate all the facts so that we can give better advice.
