Land sold without knowledge of diseased joint owner's legal heir

24-Feb-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
'A' has two sons ( Y & Z). The property has not divided between the two brothers. Y expired. Now A and Z sold the land in 2014 without giving any information to the children and wife of Y. Sir my question is whether 'Y' son(myself) can get their land bank? Or Take the money as per the land rates of 2014? Or Demand for the money for present market land rates?

Hi,
As per you A had two sons but you have not stated whether the property was devolved on Y if it is transferred and stood in his name then as being the share holder of Y you can file suit and recover the land and if you want to settle then you can , but all depends on the documents stand in the name and what documents you hold .
