11-Jun-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My land acquired by govt and transfer to CIDCO. we already taken payment and 12.5% benefits form Govt/CIDCO. Acquired land CIDCO does to use since 1970 to as on date but land is our kabjedar / Vahiwatdar before acquired or as on date but we did-not make any in legal house or any other. can i get the land which is not used by Govt/CIDCO since 45 years around Please advise me Regards
if the land has been acquired by the government way back in 1970 and you have been paid as per the rules and regulations. You cannot get back the land even if its vacant and the government is not utilizing it as you cannot claim it back. You have no right after the getting the compensation.
