Kindly tell me if "Tenant" in a private building in Mumbai will be treated as a "Consumer" under Consumer Court Act.? Thanks
Landlord tenant relationship is governed by your tenancy agreement. For any breach of contract by the tenant or the landlord, you can file a civil suit in a competent civil court.
