Is it permissible to rent a godown / warehouse to a tyre stockist in a residential area . ?
Generally it is not prohibited until any of the residents in majority start having problems with the commercial activities in the said rented premises. It is better that you should lease out the said godown with the permission of your co-operative society(If any) otherwise go ahead and lease out the said commercial premises.
