Illegal takeover at my property. What are my options ?

Sir/ madam Kuchh logo ne mere makan per lagbhag 25-30 year se avaidh kabja kar rakhe hue hai.wo log koi rent bhi pay nahi karte. Or makan Khali karne ke liye bolo to wo hum logo se hi paise mangta hai . So please provide me the solution ki Mai apna makan kaise Khali karao
In the given situation, adverse possession may apply however, you should immediately send a legal notice to the tenants for evicting the said premises. After that you must immediately file a civil suit for eviction in the jurisdictional civil court.
