illegal PG running by non owners not giving my security money back

Sir, i deposited security money . But now they are not giving it. They called it PG , but more than 27 peoples lived and also not in the same premises. they are not the landlord, they take flats from owner and run it as a PG. I signed a form at starting, in that form i doesn't mention how much time i will leave in PG. Now they said that in form minimum of 6 months you have to stay. i think it doesn't matter because they running the PG in the illegal way. kindly sir help me out of this situation.
In such a case the terms and conditions of the form you said you filled and any other documents you might have executed while taking the place on rent will have to be gone through before advising you the way out of this problem.
