If tenant leaves a premises before 11 months what is the procedure

My Tenent wants to break the rent agreement in Mumbai before 11 months & is giving 1 month Notice period of 1 month. which is in agreement. If he wants to break the contract what procedure or letter do I take from him?......Currently my agreement does not have a locking period so I believe I will have to let him go...please advice?
you need to refer to the rent agreement between you and your tenant. Kindly check the clause where it is mentioned that whether you have mentioned regarding the notice period incase a party wants leave the premises before the completion of agreement.
