I do not wish to renew the lease deed how to vacate the tenant

My lessee has been occupying my flat on 11 month L&L for 4 years now.He delays lease rental and twice chqs bounced.I do not wish to renew the lease again.How should I proceed?
You should give him a notice of termination of the rental agreement. Every rental agreement provides for the process of termination and thus you should terminate the agreement as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement. You can also file a cheque bounce case if he delays in giving you the rent.
