Husband and wife miscommunicated are we liable to pay from deposit

when we first shifted to this place, both the broker and the husband(owner) said that two people can have the name on the lease but around 5 people could stay at the same rent. 3 pple stayed and we never met the female owner till a month before the lease expired. She says nothing as such was told to me so I will cut 54k xtra for the third person from the deposit.Please help
No you need not to pay anything extra. what is mentioned in the agreement is final and binding. you need to pay as per the agreement and nothing beyond that. And the Landlord cannot ask for money after the expiry of the agreement
