How to get the proof of rent paid

I am tenant of a shop from past 30 years and during this time the house has sold few times now I had a three year agreement with my shop owner to release but he is refusing to give the receipt to make me a defaulter according to agreement what will I do now
That they refused to provide receipt of payment and and make u defaulting in rent ,pls deposits cash or cheque in his bank act or send him dd or deposits in the respectively Court or send legal notice and asked to landlord mode of payment of rent
