How to get NOC from landlord to get the shop renovated

HELLO SIR I CURRENTLY HAVE A SHOP WHICH HAS A PAGDI (LANDLORD) WE WANT TO RENOVATE THE WHOLE SHOP WHICH INCLUDE CIVIL WORKS AS WELL BUT THERE IS A DISPUTE GOING ON BETWEEN WHO THE ACTUAL LANDLORD OF THE PREMISE IS AND THEREFORE WE CANT START THE WORK BEFORE TAKING HIS NOC NOW IF WE DONT TAKE HIS NOC WE CANT RENNOVATE THE OFFICE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET OUT OF IT

Hi.
You need to send a letter demanding NOC for renovation work to all the landlords and mention in that in the event of no reply within 7 days, it shall be deemed that the consent is given. Then wait for 7 days, if no one replies, on the basis of that letter you can commence your renovation work.
