How to get a property given on lease deed (mortgage) released?

A commercial shop was given on registered mortgage lease deed. Now the mortgagee does not have intentions to hand over the leased property as per terms & condition. What should be the line of action to get the property released?
you should be file the recovery of possession suit against the mortgagee and you demand the plea and releaf in suit for said issue. but if we file a suit first we saw it that where are you live in state and city
