How to gain possession after agreement ends

After the legal agreement is over can the owner take the position. If taken what are the consequences to over come. Please advsie.

If possession is not delivered under agreement, the owner will be in possession till execution of sale date. You may file a suit for Specific Performance and protect your rights under Transfer of Property Act, more in person.

Here clearly mention which agreement you made by ?then on that basis ..you get exact solution..Some agreements have a lock-in clause. The lock-in clause of a leave and license or lease agreement states that a tenant cannot leave the rented property or terminate the agreement for a specified period of time, during which the contract is ‘locked in’. This period is commonly referred to as a lock-in period. If the tenant leaves the rented property he/she would be required to continue to pay the rent until the lock-in period is over.
