How to deal with non cooperative land lady

I stay on rent without an agreement. I pay an amount of 5500/- monthly for the same. My landlady stole my bluetooth speaker. assaulted, abused me in the presence of my relatives and kicks me out of house. I have cleared all my dues of this month with an extra payment of 1600/- Please guide me in order to get justice.
Why you did not lodged Complaint before the Police Concern against your landlady. For the purpose of lodging Complaint it is not need to place Tenancy Agreement before the Police. Only you resides as Tenant is enough. Therefore, immediate lodged Complaint against her.

First of all you have not mentioned that how the payment has been made out to the land lady from your end if you are paying in cash than are you getting any receipt for the same , you have not mentioned, oral agreement is also valid agreement but in that case also you must have some documentary evidence which may proof that you are the occupant of the subjected premises where from the landlady kicked you out in front of your relatives. Evidence is must for getting appropriate and proper relief from the court of law. However in this event why you have not made police complaint against the landlady and if you are a paying guest or a licensee this you have not specified nor the period of your occupancy.
