House sold to promoters order passed we are not tenants

I am living in the house which was taken as rent by my grandmother in the yr 1937, and rent was given to the landlord but due to some reason since 1961 the house rent was being deposited in rent controller office.my grandmother died in the yr 1982 leaving behind her 2 unmarried daughters & one unmarried son.as day passed my aunt then used to pay the rent in rent controller off in her name.she died in the year 2013 . in the meantime the house was sold to the promoters and case was filed and order was passed against us that we are now not tennent. now can we do.

If the orders was passed by the court that you do not hold tenancy right on that property than you could be evicted by the owners of the property on the basis of the orders passed by the court. An eviction suit can also be filed by the owners of the property for eviction from the property.
