Harassed by secretary of the society and getting evicted by landlord

Hi, We took a flat 2 months ago and our agreement got lost due to which our agreement submission got delayed and post that whenever we going to submitted the form the secretery of the society is not cooperating due to some past differences. He also sent us a legal notice to all the tenets house that we are involving in some illegal activities and also creating nuisance to our neighbours and now secretary has forced owner to vacant our rented flat and owner has sent us a notice to vacant the flat in 15 days. Please suggest how to take a legal actionst them.
You can approach the Dy Registrar Coop Hsg Soc and make complaint against the office bearers. If the society has any complaints against they have other legal options but they cannot force you to vacate the flat.
