Flat Progression is delayed by more than 10 Months, What to do?

Dear Sir Wish to advise my flat comes under CIDCO area located at Panchanand , Taloja Phase -1. I have made 100% payment in April 2016 as the flat Progression was promised in same month ( April 2016) by Builder and also mentioned it in Registration Agreement. But so far even after completion of Building JOB they are not arranging Progression, as they might facing some issues at CIDCO OC section, which they are not disclosing to us. I am paying INR 15000 per month as EMI along with extra expenses of INR 5000 as rent Per Month basis. What are the legal options available with me? Thanks in advance for your valuable supports
First you will have engage a lawyer and send a legal notice to the Opposite party and if the opposite party denies to comply with the same then you can file a complaint in Consumer Court.
