1) After filing a civil suit for eviction of tenant can we withdraw at any stage during pendency of case in court.It takes how many days for court to grant permission to withdraw from case.? 2) Can an owner sell his property with tenant occupying the property.If yes then is it necessary to intimate the tenant that this property is being sold and your new landlord would be the buyer of this property.?
The court can accepted the withdraw application same day in mostly cases, if any complication is present in case than court withdraw application accept next hearing date, but all of depend on party's advocate that how is he presentation infant of court. if you all of knowing the legal term you can write all of face of cases, and place of suit, city,

Yes, you can withdraw your case during pendency of suit. On the day of date in court ypu submit an application for widhdraw of suit. Also you can sell your property and intomate the tenant that so n zo person is your owner here after. You can pay your rent here after

Hi Sir,
1) Yes, you can withdraw the case at any stage in the court. You just need to mention before the court that we want to withdraw the matter with a liberty to file a fresh one. So that in case in future if it requires you can again file a suit against him. The court will hear the same and at the same time court will entertain you and will accept the same.
2) Yes, a owner can sell its property with tenant occupancy as its nothing to do with the tenant. After selling the property the owner will be change, a message has to be sent to him (tenant) in written that your owner is changed now you supposed to pay rent to the new owner.
