false charges of unpaid electricity bill by landlord and threatening

26-Apr-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I have rented a house without any agreement and have left the house within two moths as the promises made by the time of depositing advance are not full filled by the landlord. the landlord has taken the electricity bill of the last month included in the advance and also I have paid previously pending bills and I have the invoice with me, now I asked the landlord to return half of my last month advanced deposited rent as I have to leave that house shift anywhere else but he refused me to return the amount, and then I have shifted from that house by informing him, but now the landlord is giving me threatening calls and fear of police complaint against me that I have not paid the last month bill and previous bills, and also abusing me and torturing me on WhatsApp and messages. What can I do please help?
