Disconnection of DG power by the association of landlord flat

WE are a tenant of flat A-205 leased for a period of 3 years.The building association has disconnected the DG back up power to the flat much prior to our occupation due to a pending payment of ( 15000/-) by the land lord . challenging the claims are for unwanted works and services and are not basic needs of the apartment . A UPS system is provided as the case is pending in the civil court along with other matters for justice .Since 20 minths the main is paid but the association is neither reducing the maintenance cost nor reconnecting the genset back up power . Hence we want advise

You can move an application in the court in regards to the disconnection of the back up power from the society and get an interim order passed by the court to reconnect the back up power to the flat.
