Demolition of property during court case by the tenant

27-Apr-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
We have filed a court case against a tenant who tried to grab the property during the court case illegally FDP is in progress however court commissioner is yet to be appointed, Tenent is likely to destroy the walls which will affect our old building. Is there is a law to prohibit or what action can be taken to avoid him from destroying anything till FDP take place. We need advice at the earliest since the court vacation is going to commence soon.

If the case is pending in the court and you believe that the tenant is going to demolish the property the you can get a stay order issued from court which will restrict the tenant from making any changes in the property.
