Central bank occupied our property after lease expiration

31-Aug-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Bank Lease got expired in Sep'15. we expressed interest to bank for lease renewal and bank agreed verbally but never commit. then in Mar'16 we gave legal notice to either renew the lease in a month or pay X amount until bank leaves. then bank gave written letter to agree on renewing contract.meanwhile bank asked us to cancel the notice given and we did.Again they stopped responding and started stalling. We again gave notice(Aug'16) to pay agreed rent since lease expired and keep paying until bank stays. Bank respond non-renewal of lease and not paying increase rent. what are our options? Help!

you can send them a legal notice for vacating the property along with claiming the dues from them. you may also file a case against them for eviction along with a recovery suit for the pending rent amount the bank owes you.
