Can we carry out repair work over land under stay order

17-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
We(35members) live on rent in a house from more than 65years .My original landlord sold the house in which we live to a person with criminal background . So we took stay order over the land from district court in order to prevent new landlord from entering the house and carry on any furthur construction . Now the case is in the court and we the tenant want to carry out repair work in our house since there is a life danger if repair not done to wall and ceilings . Our landlord is not allowing us to carry out repair work .He enters the house and stop work everytime . What to do ?

Since the case is pending before the court we will suggest you to move an appropriate application thereby seeking directions from the court for repair work and renovation, accordingly if the hon’ble court allows you to carry any such renovation then the landlord has no power to stop you from carrying such activities.
