Can the landlord ask to vacate the property without any notice

MY FATHER RUNS A SMALL SHOP SINCE 30 YEARS, FROM TIME THE PERMISSION WAS GIVEN BY THE LANDLORD OF THE SPACE, WE HAVE BEEN PAYING RENT CURRENT BILLS ETC IN TIME. NOW THE PROPERTY HAVE BEEN SOLD TO SOME ONE ELSE, HE IS DEMANDING US TO VACATE SUDDENLY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE PERIOD. I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION (BY LEGAL HELP) AND THE OVERALL ESTIMATION TO THE CASE,

No, without notice he cannot. Pl approach civil court for remedy. The court restrain them. They have right to vacate only fhrough process of court satisfying that they need it for bonafide neef or otherwise.

sir, your father had got limited right as tenant. After death of your father, the tenancy become trespassed one if he has given you a legal notice for quit. If he has not given any notice, you need not vacate it. let him go to court himself first. you do'n't wprry.
