Can Residential Welfare Association evict a tenant

I am having a flat in greater noida which i have rented out. R w a has given notice to tenant to evict the flat as tenant was causing nuisance in society and not following rules. Is it legally correct?

The RWA could serve notice on the Landlord and Tenants pointing out that the tenancy is not in accordance with the Society Rules as well as laws. Not following the Society's rules could lead to withdrawal of services offered.
