15-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Hello, I wanted to know what is the eviction notice a Landlord can give to tenants who have been staying close to 3 and a half years or more by regularly paying the rent through out the tenure without any issues between the two parties. Please advise.

Yes, the landlord can issue you an eviction notice for vacating the premises even after 3 and a half years without any issue or default in paying rent. the landlord might be needing it for there personal use or any other reason best known to them,
