Can I take stay order from eviction notice from the landlord

I m staying in a rental house .I hv gvn deposit of four months.Due to family problem I defaulteded in 3 months payment.I am a single parent.Widow staying with my mother n son.I told landlady To take current rent plus little by little I would pay my arrears But she wants me to vacant. Our agreement without break was for two full years

It depends upon the notice received by you for eviction as well as the landlord's wish. I would have to read the notice before I can comment upon the same. However, you can try to convince the landlord about your inability to pay the rent showing him the reason for such inability and also in such a case you will have to assure him of the due rent and of the time you'll be able to pay it.
