Can i apply in lokadalat if I Want to vacant my premises from tenant's

In our owned building a flat is being occupied by railway post services which was used by them for office work. But now they have shifted their office to their own owned building just next to ours and given the flat for their workers to stay which has become a nuisance for us. Can i apply in lok adalat
You can't directly apply in Lok Adalat. If you are the owner of the property have had given the premises to the Authority as the tenant thereof then you can file the Eviction Suit in the Small Causes Court on the basis of nuisance.
The matters which are pending in the Courts only those matters are referred to Lok Adalat
