Can a land tenant come for any problem if he lease it for 15 years

16-Jan-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My father lease our agriculture land around 70 cents to a person for 3 years of agreement , but he used that land more than 12-15 years for cultivation with receipt from gram panchayat. Is there any risk in my father side in selling or gift it to me? is there any possibility for asking ownership of my father's land by the tenant since we returned his money (lease)last year?

There is no issue at all, in case your father made a settlement or gift to you. You have not mention about any refusal of yours ownership by the tenant or payment of rent to the property by the tenant. You should issue a legal notice to the tenant to handed over the rented premises for your personal occupation, if he refused your ownership or refused to handed over the possession of the premises then approach the court to evict him from the rented premises.
