Bachelors not allowed as Tenant is it legal

Is it legal to ban bachelors to rent a flat ? I am owner in a flat in Gaur City 1 and want to rent out it to bachelors but Gaur management is not allowing us to rent it to bachelors. Question- Can a builder or society stop me from renting my own house? What can I do to oppose this in court of law?
It is not legal to ban bachelor's from being tenant. But the society or management can have certain rules or norms fixed at the time of building it. If there are no such rules and the house belongs to you then you have the right to lease out your property to anyone you wish to
