Private organizations have contracts with employees such as Appointment Letter, Employment Agreement etc. and the ways in which employment can be terminated is usually mentioned in them. If you feel you have been wrongfully terminated, subject to the provisions of the agreements, you can issue a legal notice through a lawyer and obtain relief. However the relief in such cases is mostly restricted to monetary compensation. If it is a government organization, you can file a case for wrongful termination and seek reinstatement in some cases.
