Wrongful termination from company what to do

Hi, My company terminated me because of the reason that i did not informed my Team lead during my emergency leave though i informed HR about this. I was on resign they first told me not to serve any notice period just for 3-4 days only and then they say do not come after my leave and then suddenly after the day they mailed me about my termination. I worked there for 2 years and i do not have any documentation except some because they provide it after releaving only. please guide.

Dear as you have been terminated from service without giving any show cause notice to you is illegal and against the law of natural justice. As per the agreement or bond signed by employee and employers. So as per the agreement they cannot terminated you from service without giving any show cause notice. Your can approach to the court against your employer for stay the terminated service.
