Wrongful termination by company and not settling pending dues

Hi, I woked as a manager in one of the FEC retail company for 3 years. and my latest pay is 28600 net. cause of some false statement company has terminated me and they are not settled my last salary as well. how can i claim my job and salary back or can i sue the company on job loss and income loss as am jobless from past 2 months?

We suggest that you should send them a legal notice thereby asking them to pay the dues. In case they fail, then you will have to file a suit for recovery thereby your dues alongwith cost of litigation and fees.
