Please take note of following -
1. You can send them a legal notice asking them to stop doing ill publicity of yours on baseless allegations otherwise you will take civil and criminal action against them as per the law.
2. If they still refuse to mend their ways you can bring up a case of defamation under civil laws and of mental harassment under criminal laws of India.

You will have to assess your contractual terms with Genpact for any disclosure obligation on them in relation to the monthly assessment reports. That will determine whether you have a contractual remedy. Otherwise your remedy may lie in tort.

Hi
will glad to help you. If they have given negative feed back and you were top performer you have a right to sue them before the district court for damages. What loss have you suffered because of negative feedback and how is it going to effect your career is important consideration.
