W.P pending before high court

My father has been awarded 50% back wage with reinstate continuity of service & consequential benefits by labour court. But, management went to high Court (w.p).Our advocate filed vakalath .will he get back wage & reinstate .Will 17b implement?? Please explain.
First obtain the order sheet in the WP to ascertain what orders the Hon'ble High Court has given so far. Usually an Interim Order of Stay of the Labour Court/ Tribunal Award is granted along with reinstatement but with or without wages at the first hearing itself. Once you know the position, you can file an Application under 17b.
