Working in startup and gave resignation but salary not given

Sir/ Mam, Actually m ek delhi ki startup company m job krta tha maine 6+1/2 month kam kiya tha. maine apni job chodne k liye 15 din phle resignation letter company k owner ko provide kr diya bt fir b company k owner merko meri 15 days ki sarry provide ni kr rhe h Please help me and ho ske to call kriye plzz
As per employment law no one can hold your salary if there is no reason to justify.
if you have worked only for 6.5 month and before 15 days you have resigned there is no reason to hold your salary.

dear you need to give the employer a notice regarding your pending salary and if he does not give then you can take help of your advocate and then your employer will have to give salary and one more thing this all will depend what was written in your appointment letter.
First you have to see your appointment agreement or letter whether any condition is stipulated in the appointment letter that employer is liable to pay 15 day salary of the notice period. If there is condition then you may give a legal notice to the employer. that the legal notice failing which in the employor fails to give your pending dues you make a file a complaint under section 28 A shops and commercial Establishment Act
