Working in e-commerce company resigned but salary not given till date

I was working with a big e-commerce company, for one year but had to resign as I had to go for my further studies. I did the resignation process and filled a form in which I was told that I will get my salary in one month. It has been more than four months, while I am trying to contact them they have started ignoring my phones, text or emails. Can you help me as to how can I go about it?
Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
2. If they fails to respond to the notice or if you do not receive any proper reply then you may approach to the competent court of jurisdiction.
