Even if you were a sub staff of LIC and in spite of the fact that Supreme Court has made any verdict in regard to appointment of temporary staff your appointment is not going to be regularized.
A government job is always alloted by way of notification and thereafter examination or interview or both.
Any temporary staff hiring is always done on the basis of Contract and not only in the contract but also in the notification the government specifically mentions that in no circumstances the job is going to be regularized.

Prima facie the judgment in TN case is applicable to those who approached the SC as it is based upon a dispute which was decided by CGIT.
It is not clear if you were part of original appellants.
However, based on law laid down in this case appropriate remedy may be sought.
