Worked in LIC for 30 days can I claim for absorption.

In LIC full-time temporary employees vs LIC of India. i worked only 30 days in 1986 .can i get absorption in the post
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
