Worked in engineering college but pending dues not being cleared

i worked in a engineering college since 2013 to 2016. i left the college in june 2016 . They are not paying my remaining salary approx. 44000. what should i do????

Full Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court in Jonathan Allen Vs Zoom Developers Private Limited held that unpaid wages/salary of the workman/employee is a “debt” to be paid by the Company. Bench comprising of the Chief Justice A.M. Khanwilkar, Justices Shantanu Kemkar and J.K.Maheshwari held that the employee of the Company has locus to file Company Petition in respect of his unpaid wages/salary and emoluments, as having been filed by a creditor of the Company.
Therefore you can file a suit for the recovery of money in view of the above judgment. However you may take my help at a very reasonable cost.
