Will Government pay pension to the family of deceased govt servant

If a retired Govt servan died and a legal proceeding pending before retirment and death regarding corruption what about family pension for his widow adimisable or not please answer

just last week i had the similar matter, if petitioner is dead an application may be filed for taking legal heirs on record because if the accused is acquitted from the corruption charges then government department will be liable to pay pension, consequential benefits and if the death of the petitioner is on on duty then according to the circular by government of India ex-gratia payment and service for the legal heirs on compassionate ground,

There is certain facts which will clarify the answer.
If person died and any departmental enquiry pending against him.
In that case if person free from imposed charge their family will get all benefits if dropped down on the behalf of charges.
