Whether an affidavit in support of contempt petition in Central administrative Tribunal is compulsory at the time of submission.

Yes, to support your contempt petition it is necessary to file an affidavit. You have to get the affidavit attested by oath commissioner and then file the Contempt petition along with Affidavit before the Central Administrative Tribunal at the time of submission.
